Monaco Exits FATF Grey List After Completing Financial Compliance Reforms

On 30 October 2026, the Financial Action Task Force confirmed Monaco’s removal from its increased-monitoring list after the Principality completed its agreed action plan on anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing controls. The decision recognised improvements in financial intelligence, enforcement and international cooperation; no direct monetary value was attached to the decision.
